Menopause Symptoms

Menopause symptoms and perimenopause

The symptoms of menopause can be weird and overwhelming. At Nourish we take a holistic approach and make it easy for you to get rid of your hot flushes, insomnia, irritability and help get your mojo back. The combination of nutritional therapy and kinesiology gives you a rounded approach both physical and emotional.

As well as affecting us physically, menopause is a time of transition. I like to think of it as rescuing us. Rescuing us from putting others first, from not looking after our health, from not being our authentic selves and from not following our heart’s desires or purpose. During the reproductive years, we’re hot wired into putting our families, work and other people’s needs before our own. This is a chance to give yourself some care, take control of your health so that you can flourish during your second spring!

Menopause symptoms – gone!

Having been through menopause, I know that when it strikes it turns everything upside down. As well as all the physical symptoms: hot flushes, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia – which can be overwhelming.

How you approach menopause can have a tremendous impact on your experience of it. Making a positive lifestyle change now can improve and secure your physical and emotional health.

Being prepared is half the battle and if you’re already going through menopause, the good news is that simple nutrition and lifestyle changes can do much to ease your symptoms – but first, we need to find out where the imbalances are. It may not be just hormonal. Perhaps it’s your gut microbiome, or nutrient deficiences, food sensitivities, stress – like a good detective, I leave no stone unturned.

I can help identify what’s out of balance and help you fix it.
